If they look completely disinterested as the guy unloads on their face or in their mouth, they are probably prostitutes - they are simply doing what they were paid to do and just want the guy to finish so they can find their next trick. A professional porn actress would at least feign some interest. A true amateur might show pleasure or surprise or disgust, but almost certainly not disinterest.
